The Parenting Teenagers Course is designed to equip parents, step-parents or carers of teenagers aged 11 – 18 years old with strategies to build a healthy relationship while guiding them into adulthood.

The course runs over 5 sessions presented on DVD with topics such as keeping your long- term aim in mind, meeting teenagers’ needs, setting effective boundaries, developing your teenagers’ emotional health, and helping them make good choices.

Each session is followed by facilitated discussions centred on the content of the DVD, and insights and experiences of others. You will not be required to share anything about your family that you do not want to.
